Here are our 'Terms of Use'

I acknowledge that while Vitality Lab Ltd ("VL”) will take all practicable steps to reduce risks to ensure the health and safety of its equipment and facilities, it is not possible for VL to eliminate all risks.

Through my voluntary participation in the use of VL’s premises, facilities and sessions, I acknowledge that my own health and safety is my responsibility.

​

I do not suffer from any condition that would prevent me from participating and will seek medical advice if I need it.

​

I have fully informed VL of my medical situation. 

​

I confirm I am well and not showing any Covid19 symptoms. If I do develop symptoms, I will not use VL’s facilities. I consent to use the Covid check in contact tracing app on my visits to Vitality Lab until further notice.

I therefore waive and discharge VL, its staff and contractors from liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or cause of action that I may suffer as a result of my presence in or about VL’s premises or by following their sessions online, or communication on social media, to the maximum extent permitted by the New Zealand law.

I confirm that I am over the age of 18 years or, if under 18, this waiver has been agreed to by my legal guardian.

I acknowledge that I am undertaking training as a sensible person and will follow the instructions of VL’s staff and/or contractors.

VL will endeavor to take all practical steps to ensure your safety, enjoyment, and comfort.

In agreeing with the above I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the wording and have been allowed the chance to seek advice if I wish.
